Analyst Alerts: Morgan Stanley, Select Comfort, Yum, Hartford Financial June 6th

Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS): Morgan Stanley added to Most Preferred list at UBS

Select Comfort Corporation (NASDAQ:SCSS): After speaking with management at its Consumer Conference, Piper Jaffray views the weakness in shares of Select Comfort today as a buying opportunity. Piper says Select Comfort reiterated its long-term guidance and that the company believes it is relatively immune from competitor promotions. Piper reiterates an Overweight rating on the stock.

Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE:YUM): Argus believes that sales at Yum’s Taco Bell unit are likely to increase by 8% in Q2, as a result of the company’s Doritos Locos menu item. The firm expects the company’s new Cantina Bell menu to also boost sales at Taco Bell, and it maintains an $82 target and Buy rating on the stock.

Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. (NYSE:HIG): After John Paulson announced that he was backing off his activist role in Hartford and the stock responded by selling off, Argus believes that the sell-off wasn’t based on fundamentals. The firm maintains a $26 target and Buy rating on the shares.
