As a result, the Securities and Exchange Commission is looking into S&P’s Ratings Services’ decision last July, in which it pulled its ratings on the deal, which was backed by commercial-real-estate loans, say current and former employees who were recently questioned by the agency, according to a Wall Street Journal report.
