Sony Corporation (NYSE:SNE): Current price $14.07
In an online video broadcast, Sony has reported a price reduction for its troubled PS Vita handheld in Japan. Starting February 28th, both the Wi-Fi and 3G models of Vita will go for around $215, which is 20 percent off the current price of ¥24,980 for the Wi-Fi model and one-third off for the 3G model. What is more, buyers will get a free one-week trial of PlayStation Plus along with promotions for the PlayStation Store and Reader ebook store. Thus far, the price is for Japan only.
