Spirit Airlines Incorporated( NASDAQ:SAVE): Morgan Stanley expects Spirit Airlines (NASDAQ:SAVE) to outperform JetBlue (NASDAQ:JBLU) given its attractive margin profile, low cost advantage, and discounted valuation. Note that JetBlue was named a short Research Tactical Idea.

Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc.(NASDAQ:ENDP): Despite expectations of a non-infringement win for Watson (NYSE:WPI) following last week’s Lidoderm trial, Jefferies continues to think Watson and Endo Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ENDP) will reach a settlement within weeks. Jefferies believes Endo laid strong groundwork for an appeal and a new Citizen Petition as Watson’s own witnesses admitted last week there should be clinical trials for the Gx. The firm keeps a Buy rating on Endo shares with a $48 price target.

Automatic Data Processing, Inc.(NASDAQ:ADP): Morgan Stanley expects Automatic Data to report a sold Q4 report. Shares are Underweight rated.
