United States regulators are reported to be examining Constellation Brands‘ (NYSE:STZ) plan to expand the Modelo plant, says Bloomberg, which added that any agreement is  not likely to be announced before March 19. Shares closed up 1.63 percent on Friday at $97.14, and have been have traded in a 52-week range of $64.99 to $95.92.
