Dell (NASDAQ:DELL): Current price $13.38

On Tuesday morning, analyst Brian White at Topeka Capital Markets, wrote of the latest occurrence in the Dell saga that “the financial details of the Icahn deal are credible, the $14 price is clearly higher than Silver Lake’s offer and the potential EPS accretion on the remaining shares outstanding is compelling,” as he pondered Carl Icahn’s Monday announcement that he has obtained lender commitments for $5.2 billion toward his $14 tender offer for Dell shares. Icahn’s move is in conflict with Chief Executive Michael Dell‘s intended leveraged buyout at $13.65, At this moment, White has a Buy and a $15 price target on Dell shares.
