Goldman Sachs has recruited Kate Richdale from Morgan Stanley to lead its investment banking services for Asia excluding Japan, according to a memo obtained by Bloomberg News. Richdale is a 13-year veteran at Morgan Stanley, and will be responsible for covering clients in the region; she was most recently chief of investment banking for Asia-Pacific, was also made a partner at Goldman Sachs. The memo’s contents were affirmed by Edward Naylor, a Hong Kong-based spokesman at the bank.
