Ambiente and Clean Diesel reached an agreement to create a joint venture through which to market and sell emissions control products for both gasoline and diesel applications in Europe and the CIS countries. The new joint venture firm, Eco Emission Enterprise, will be located in Milano and should commence operations in March.
