Toyota Motor Corporation (NYSE:TM): Closing price $103.93

The automaker is recalling 209,000 FJ Cruiser SUVs because their front seatbelt retractors might fall off; FJ Cruisers from the model years 2007 through 2013 model years are included in this recall. More specifically, Toyota explained that the driver and front passenger seatbelts are mounted on the vehicle’s rear doors. If the doors are closed forcefully over a period of time, cracks might form in the door panel surrounding the seatbelt retractor and the retractor could detach. Thus far, no injuries have been reported from the defect.
