RadioShack and Cybermart have finalized the formation of their joint venture through which the former will hold 49 percent and the latter 51 percent of the total issued share capital of the venture. The parties have agreed to initially contribute $2.94 million and $3.06 million, respectively, in cash and may contribute as much as an additional $34 million during the next three years, subject to the terms and conditions set out.
