Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. (NYSE:SKT): Tanger Factory expects continued dividend increases in the near future.

Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE:CAT): On June 13, the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of 52c per share of Company common stock, payable August 20, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 20, 2012. The per share dividend of 52c is an increase of 6c (13%) from the previous quarter’s dividend of 46c per share.

Target Corp. (NYSE:TGT): The dividend is payable September 10 to shareholders of record at the close of business August 15.
