News Corp. (NASDAQ:NWSA): News Corp.’s lawyers hinted that the company already faces 110 lawsuits dealing with phone hacking, and it could possibly face over 500 before all is finished. Last month, reports reveal the company spending $167M, expected to greatly increase,  in legal fees and settlements related to the News of the World’s policies. The shares traded down $0.31 (1.61%) recently at $18.89.

SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI): Liberty Media is in no rush to make decisions about Sirius XM says CEO Maffei. He wishes to keep Karmazin at Sirius’s CEO, and he says it is ‘highly unlikely’ that Sirius investment will rise to 80%. The shares traded down $0.02 (1.06%) recently at $1.87.
