GM’s joint-venture unit, SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., saw a decline of 0.5% in deliveries of their Wuling mini-commercial vehicles to 118,536 units in November. At the other joint-venture, FAW-GM Light Commercial Vehicle Co., sales were up 4.2%.
