  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 red chile, minced
  • 1 large shallot, minced
  • Chopped mint

  • ½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
