1. Work out in the morning

If you wait, something else will come up.” It’s all too easy to find an excuse not to hit the gym at the end of a long day — and while you may feel groggy in the morning, you’d be surprised how quickly a jog will wake you up. Not only does it pose the advantage of getting your gym routine out of the way, but a morning workout will also give you a healthy adrenaline kick. This will keep you awake more than any cup of coffee could!
