Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE:WRE) delivered a profit and missed Wall Street’s expectations, BUT beat the revenue expectation. Adjusted Earnings Per Share decreased 6.38% to $0.44 in the quarter versus EPS of $0.47 in the year-earlier quarter. Revenue Rose 0.27% to $76.9 million from the year-earlier quarter.

Washington Real Estate Investment Trust reported adjusted EPS income of $0.44 per share. By that measure, the company missed the mean analyst estimate of $0.46. It beat the average revenue estimate of $76.54 million.
