Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL): Protesters plan to gather outside a number of Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) stores around the world today, in order to protest working conditions at factories that make the company’s products, The Washington Post reported yesterday. Apple cares about all of the workers in its supply chain, and insists that its suppliers provide safe working conditions, said a company spokesman, but Apple’s own audit found that 44% of the facilities in its supply chain didn’t implement changes that would prevent repetitive injuries, the newspaper noted.
