A year-over-year revenue increase in the third quarter snapped a streak of three consecutive quarters of revenue declines. Revenue fell 11.3% in the second quarter, 8.7% in the first quarter and 13.6% in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year.

Unisys’ profit last quarter followed losses in the previous two quarters. The company reported a loss of $7.6 million in the second quarter and a loss of $39.4 million in the first quarter.
